| Obverse description | Brown letterpress note set in Fraktur blackletter script throughout. The denomination "Zwanzig Millionen Mark" in large bold Gothic type dominates the centre, with the numeral 20.000.000. below. Issuer text and redemption conditions in smaller Fraktur surround the base, flanked by guilloche cornerpieces bearing the Thyssen company arms. Two manuscript signatures appear at foot; a red serial prefix letter and number at left margin. |
