| Obverse description | Green guilloche underprint with wavy-line border pattern frames the entire note. The denomination '20 MILLIONEN MARK' is printed in large bold letterpress type at centre, above the issue date 'Kaiserslautern, 10. September 1923'. At the top, within a cartouche on the guilloche border, the issuing authority legend appears in script, with a handstamped serial number above the denomination; two manuscript signatures appear in the lower half, identified below as Bürgermeister and Finanzrat respectively, with a redemption notice in small type at the bottom. |
