Reverse description Central device features the Imperial Russian double-headed eagle displayed, each head surmounted by a separate crown and the whole surmounted by a larger Imperial crown above. The eagle bears on its breast an escutcheon with the Polish White Eagle, and holds a sceptre and orb in its talons. The mint master initials I·B· appear beneath the eagle in the lower field. The denomination 2 ZŁOTE POLSKIE is inscribed in the upper field divided by the date, with fineness and weight indications — 43 43/123 Z GRZ·CZ·KOL· — arranged around the lower periphery, all within a beaded border.
