Obverse description The obverse features the Polish state eagle — a crowned white eagle with spread wings rendered in high relief at the centre of the field, enclosed within a raised inner ring decorated with small crosses. The date '2000' is divided and placed to either side of the eagle's tail feathers within the inner circle. The circular legend 'RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA' runs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 'ZŁ 2 ZŁ' appears along the lower portion of the coin outside the inner ring. The design follows the standard heraldic convention employed throughout the Fourth Złoty commemorative series.
