| Reverse description | Four large Chữ Nôm characters arranged in cruciform around a central square hole, reading clockwise from the top: 使 (Sử), 富 (Phú), 民 (Dân), 壽 (Thọ), forming the auspicious legend 使富民壽 (Sử Phú Dân Thọ), meaning 'making the people prosperous and long-lived.' The characters are boldly incised in formal script within a plain raised circular rim, consistent in style and technique with the obverse. The flat field displays light flow lines characteristic of cast silver coinage. |
