Obverse description Elaborate quartered coat of arms of Stolberg-Stolberg, surmounted by multiple crested helmets with mantling, the central crest featuring a stag's antlers issuing from a coronet. The arms are supported by wild men or lions as flanking supporters. The date 1707 appears divided across the field on either side of the arms. A circular inner border separates the shield from the surrounding Latin legend, which runs along the outer rim in raised lettering.
