Obverse description Bare-headed bust of King Wilhelm I of Württemberg facing left, modeled in high relief with finely detailed hair and whiskers in the neoclassical style. The circumferential legend reads WILHELM KÖNIG V. WÜRTTEMBERG, distributed around the full perimeter of the field. The engraver's name VOIGT appears incuse at the base of the truncation. The broad, flat field and toothed border frame the portrait with characteristic mid-19th century German numismatic elegance.
