Obverse description Bare-headed, right-facing portrait bust of King Friedrich August II of Saxony rendered in high relief with finely detailed naturalistic hair curling at the nape. The effigy is unadorned and of neoclassical style, truncated at the neck. A circular Latin legend runs along the periphery between two beaded borders, with the mint letter F visible at the base of the bust below the truncation.
