Obverse description Armored knight on horseback advancing to the right, sword held erect in the right hand. The horse's head is adorned with a curled feather ornament, and the horse's raised rear legs straddle the inner legend. The composition is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with the circular Latin legend distributed around the outer field.

Reverse description Central short cross pattée with a crescent in each of the four angles, struck in high relief within a beaded inner circle. An inner circular Latin legend separates the central device from a second outer circular legend, both running between beaded borders.
