King on a roaring horse right, inside a circle with his motto along the inner rim. King is in full armor and wears an helm with long plumes; as the obverse he holds a command staff in right hand. Around there are the 14 provincial coats of arms outside the circle surrounding the rider, with King`s Crown in upper position and the Pendant of the Order of the Elephant in the lower.
