Obverse descriptionBlack print; red and blue overstamps. At the top, vertical denomination, inside frame of scrollwork with Chrysanthemum Seals and 5-7 Paulownia Seals. At the bottom, vertical inscriptions inside frame of two dragons, reads from right to left column. Red stamped circle seal on denomination. Blue stamped rectangle seal inbetween top and bottom frames.
Reverse descriptionBlack print; red overstamps. Vertical inscriptions inside frame of flying Hōō phoenixes over iridescent clouds, dragon-horse facing left on the ground with paulownia leaves. Red stamped oval seal at the end of the inscriptions.
