Reverse description At left, a large intaglio vignette of a tiger bust in three-quarter view with mouth open, set within a circular guilloche border, above a smaller vignette of cattle beneath a tree. At centre, the denomination is expressed in thirteen regional Indian scripts arranged in a vertical panel. At lower right, the value 'TWO RUPEES' appears in English alongside the Devanagari legend, all on a brown-toned ground.
