Obverse description Within an inner beaded border, the central field features the relief emblem of the Bank of Russia — a double-headed eagle with wings lowered — above a semicircular legend reading БАНК РОССИИ. The outer rim carries the denomination ДВА РУБЛЯ and the date 2013 г. separated by dots, with the metallic composition designation Ag 925, the Saint Petersburg Mint privy mark СПМД, and the fine metal content 15,55 inscribed between them. The design is executed in a formal heraldic style consistent with standard Bank of Russia commemorative issues.
