Obverse description At the centre of the obverse, the two-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia is depicted with wings lowered, rendered in high relief against a smooth field. The emblem is encircled by a fine ring of beads. Along the upper rim, the denomination legend reads «ДВА РУБЛЯ» (Two Roubles), while the lower rim bears the inscription «БАНК РОССИИ» (Bank of Russia). Distributed along the lower arc are the precious metal designation and fineness (Ag 925), the year of issue «2010 г.», the fine metal content (15,55), and the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram (СПМД).
