| Obverse description | At centre, the double-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia, depicted with wings lowered, occupies the central field within a beaded inner circle. The semicircular legend «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA) curves beneath the eagle.
