Obverse description The central field bears the official emblem of the Bank of Russia, depicting the double-headed eagle with wings lowered, accompanied by the semicircular legend БАНК РОССИИ (Bank of Russia) beneath it, all enclosed within a beaded circle. Along the upper rim runs the denomination legend ДВА РУБЛЯ (Two Roubles), while the lower portion of the rim bears, from left to right, the alloy designation and fineness (Ag 925), the year of issue 2010 г., and the fine metal content followed by the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram (СПМД).
