| Obverse description | At centre, the two-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia with wings lowered, enclosed within a beaded circle. The legend «БАНК РОССИИ» (Bank of Russia) arcs beneath the eagle in a semicircular arrangement. Along the upper rim, the denomination «ДВА РУБЛЯ» (Two Roubles) is inscribed, while the lower rim carries, to the left, the precious metal designation and fineness (Ag 925), at centre the year of issue «2007 г.», and to the right the fine metal content and the Moscow Mint monogram (ММД). |
