Additional information

Mstislavl's Assumption Church is among the oldest surviving Orthodox structures in Belarus, with roots tracing to the 16th century — though the building has been substantially rebuilt and rededicated multiple times across Russian Imperial and Soviet rule. This coin belongs to Belarus's long-running "Towns of Belarus" bimetallic circulation series, which has documented dozens of regional towns since the mid-2000s as a matter of cultural inventory as much as monetary policy.
