Obverse descriptionCrowned and armored King Gustav Adolf, wearing a long mantle, stands with head turned left. King has outstretched arms with raised scepter in right hand, while in the left holds the Globus Cruciger. At right of King is a small table with crossed scepter and sword. Around King`s figure is a double circle of legend with the radiant name of Jehovah in hebrew above King`s head. First circle of legend is King`s motto.

Reverse descriptionCrowned flat-topped shield with Greater Arms of Sweden (Three crowns of Sweden in first and fourth quadrant; Folkungs Lion in second and third; smaller shield with Vasa Arms in center). This shield is encircled by two lines of shields of all provinces and feuds of Sweden. The first line has fourteen flat-topped shields, while the second one sixteen more detailed shields.
