Reverse description Central field bears the denomination '2' above 'RIGSDALER' in bold raised lettering, with a horizontal rule separating the value from the fineness inscription '9 1/4 ST: = 1 M: F: S:' below. The entire central design is encircled by a finely detailed wreath of laurel or grain ears, tied at the base with an ornamental bow. The reverse field displays vivid iridescent toning in blue, violet, and rose hues over the copper substrate. A toothed inner rim frames the design, consistent with the medal-aligned pattern strike format.
