Obverse description Fourth definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, modelled by Ian Rank-Broadley, depicting the Queen wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara. The truncated, draped bust is rendered in fine relief within the copper-nickel inner disc. The sovereign's title legend encircles the effigy along the periphery, with the date 2011 incorporated into the inscription. The designer's initials IRB appear below the bust truncation.
