| Obverse description | Octagonal zinc notgeld token with a plain dotted border running along all eight edges. Within a beaded inner circle, the large numeral '2' occupies the central field. Surrounding the inner circle, the legend 'DYCKERHOFF & WIDMANN A.-G.' arcs along the upper periphery, while 'DRESDEN' appears at the base, flanked by two small stars. The overall design is plain and utilitarian, characteristic of World War I-era German emergency coinage. |
