Obverse description Plain octagonal zinc field with a dotted inner border running along the entire perimeter. The circular legend CARL WEBER & C° G.m.b.H. arcs across the upper portion, with the issuing locality OERLINGHAUSEN completing the circuit along the lower portion, both separated by small raised dot stops. The date 1917 is prominently struck in large numerals at the centre of the field, with the abbreviated firm designation G.m.b.H. CO. rendered in smaller lettering immediately above.

Reverse description Plain octagonal zinc field enclosed by a dotted inner border. The circular legend KLEINGELDERSATZMARKE (small change substitute token) arcs along the upper periphery in raised Latin lettering. At the centre, the large numeral 2 denoting the face value is enclosed within a raised twisted rope or cable circle. Below the central device, three five-pointed stars are evenly spaced along the lower field, serving as decorative stops.
