Obverse description	Black intaglio on light blue guilloche underprint. A central vignette presents a detailed engraved view of the Government Palace (Palacio de Gobierno) set against a riverside foreground with figures and animals. Large ornate numeral "2" counters appear at left and right within elaborate scrollwork frames, while the issuer title "REPÚBLICA DEL PARAGUAY" arcs across the top in bold lettering.
