Issued to mark the thirtieth anniversary of the 1976 military coup that began Argentina's so-called "Dirty War," during which an estimated 30,000 people were disappeared by the junta. The plain-edge variety is distinguished from the reeded KM#161.1 in the Schön and CJ references — both were struck simultaneously and released through normal circulation channels, making intentional set collection the primary reason anyone separates them today.
