Reverse description	The reverse is printed in blue on white paper and consists entirely of text laid out in a formal legal document style. The heading TITULOS PUBLICOS AL PORTADOR / LEY N° 5066 appears centred at the top, followed by three numbered articles — Artículo 14°, Artículo 15°, and Artículo 16° — setting out the authorisation, expiry date of 30 November 2006, and denomination equivalence of the series. Reverse lettering	TITULOS PUBLICOS AL PORTADOR LEY N° 5066 ARTICULO 14°.- Autorizase al Poder Ejecutivo Provincial a emitir una nueva Serie de Títulos Públicos al Portador creados por Ley N°4748 y sus modificatorias, por hasta la suma de Pesos Veinte Millones ($ 20.000.000.-) ARTICULO 15°.- La Serie de Títulos Públicos al Portador que autoriza la presente Ley, caducará el 30 de noviembre de 2006. A esa fecha serán canjeados a su valor nominal, en moneda de curso legal. Podrán rescatarse anticipadamente. ARTICULO 16°.- La serie de Títulos Públicos al Portador que autoriza la presente Ley, será puesta en circulación únicamente con la denominación equivalente a Dos Pesos ($ 2.-)
