| Obverse description | Plain opaque celluloid disc of orange hue serving as the token flan. The issuer name is stamped in dark ink in three lines arranged around and across the field: the word CONSELL arches along the upper periphery, MUNICIPAL appears horizontally across the centre, and GRANADELLA curves along the lower periphery. A small lozenge-shaped ornament is stamped between MUNICIPAL and GRANADELLA. The lettering is in bold sans-serif capitals with no additional decorative border. |
