Municipal emergency paper money from Spain's Civil War period, when hundreds of towns and villages issued their own fractional currency after the collapse of small-coin circulation in 1936. The reference gap in Gari's catalog suggests this piece either awaits formal classification or was documented incompletely — not unusual for the smaller Valencian and Aragonese municipalities whose issues survive in tiny quantities and were rarely studied systematically before the major collections formed in the 1980s.

Fines is a small municipality in Valencia. Almost nothing is documented about the volume or duration of this particular emission.
