| Obverse description | Central field features the royal cypher of King Haakon VII, comprising the interlaced monogram 'H7' in large Gothic characters, surmounted by a stylized Norwegian royal crown. The monogram is set within a raised inner circle, with the circular legend 'KONGERIKET NORGE' (Kingdom of Norway) running along the outer rim, separated by two small ornamental dots.
