Reverse description A sinuous five-clawed dragon is depicted in low relief occupying the majority of the field, its scaled body coiling rightward with the tail curling to the right. The dragon's horned head faces forward in a frontal position at the upper centre, with cloud scrolls flanking its neck. A flaming pearl is absent or incorporated into the head design, with stylised waves rendered beneath the body. The composition is enclosed within a beaded border, consistent with the distinctive provincial dragon coinage style of Sinkiang.
