| Obverse description | Bare-headed right-facing effigy of Kaiser Wilhelm II, Emperor of Germany and King of Prussia, rendered in high relief with finely detailed hair and a short mustache. The truncation of the bust is plain, with the mint mark 'A' (Berlin) positioned at the lower center below the bust.
