Obverse description	Pale green note with a dotted oval frame at centre enclosing the denomination text and issuer name, flanked on each side by the large black numeral "2". A curved black banner at the top carries the legend "ASYGNATA POWIATOWA", while heraldic shield vignettes occupy each corner of the field. A faint architectural underprint of the Witkowo town hall fills the background of the central oval. Below the issuer text appears the place-and-date line in script, followed by a manuscript signature; an anti-counterfeiting warning and the note's expiry date are printed along the lower margin.
