Reverse description Central field bears the large numeral '2' above the denomination legend 'MARK' in bold relief, separated by a horizontal line beneath which two crossed mining hammers appear, referencing the city's coal-mining heritage. The circular legend 'STADT WALDENBURG / SCHLES.' runs around the upper and lower periphery respectively, divided by the design elements. The entire composition is enclosed within a raised beaded border consistent with the obverse. The lettering and design are molded in the brown porcelain body typical of Saxony-produced Weimar-era notgeld porcelain coinage.
