Obverse description Armored bust of King Frederick I facing right, with the effigy dividing the encircling legend. The portrait is rendered in high relief with fine detail to the armor and drapery, characteristic of the accomplished engraving style of Johann Karl von Hedlinger. The legend runs continuously around the periphery of the field.
