Reverse description A coiled five-clawed imperial dragon is depicted at centre, rendered in high relief with detailed scales, claws, and whiskers, its head facing the viewer with mouth open and a flaming pearl visible beneath. Auspicious cloud scrolls and decorative flame motifs surround the dragon within the inner field. The circumferential Latin legend, separated from the central device by two raised dots at the sides, reads '29TH YEAR OF KUANG HSÜ' along the upper arc and 'HU POO' along the lower arc, identifying the reign year and issuing authority. A beaded border frames the entire reverse design.
