Reverse description The numeral 2 appears prominently in the upper central field, with the denomination ΛΕΠΤΑ inscribed directly below in bold Greek lettering. The design is framed by a wreath of two symmetrical olive branches extending from the base and curving upward along both sides toward the top of the coin. The mint mark A (for Paris) is positioned at the lower center, beneath the wreath. The reverse is simply but elegantly composed, characteristic of small-denomination coinage of the Cretan State period.
