| Obverse description | A large royal crown of Romania occupies the central field, rendered in fine relief with elaborate pearl beading along the arches and rim, surmounted by a cross finial. The circular legend REGATUL ROMANIEI (Kingdom of Romania) runs along the upper periphery, flanked on either side by stylized laurel and oak branch ornaments. The date 1941 appears in the lower field beneath the crown, with the engraver's signature H. IONESCU inscribed at the very base along the lower rim. |
