| Reverse description | The reverse features a three-line Arabic legend in bold calligraphic script occupying the central field, reading 'عز نصره' (May he be victorious) above 'ضرب في ادرنه' (Struck in Edirne), with the Hijri date '١٣٢٧' (1327 AH) displayed prominently at the base. The regnal year '٢' appears above the main legend. The entire design is encircled by a border of evenly spaced six-pointed stars within a reeded outer rim, consistent with the obverse layout. The inscription identifies both the mint city of Edirne and the Hijri date of issue in keeping with standard late Ottoman coin typography. |
