| Reverse description | The Swedish royal coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a quartered shield surmounted by a royal crown and supported by two rampant lions as heraldic supporters. Below the shield, the denomination TVÅ KR. is inscribed in large raised letters within a decorative panel. The reign dates 1872 - 1897 appear in the lower exergue, commemorating Oscar II's twenty-five years on the throne. The upper circular legend reads MINNE·AF·TJUGUFEMÅRIG·REGERING, separated by pellets, with a beaded border running along the rim. |
