Obverse description Conjoined busts of King Christian X, in military uniform, and Queen Alexandrine, wearing a tiara, both facing right, rendered in high relief with fine portrait detail. The king is depicted in the foreground, slightly larger, with the queen's effigy overlapping behind. The encircling legend reads KONG CHRISTIAN X DRONNING ALEXANDRINE, separated by small floral ornaments at the base, all within a beaded border. The engraver's initials GJ appear in the field to the lower right of the portraits.
