Reverse description A large, ornate royal crown occupies the central field, rendered in fine detail with jewelled bands, fleurs-de-lis, and a cross pattée at the apex, all in high relief against a smooth background. Encircling the crown, the motto PRUDENTIA ET CONSTANTIA arcs across the lower field, flanked by small floral ornaments. The outer legend DAN • NOR • VAN • GOT • REX runs along the upper periphery, completing the royal titulature. The date 17 ♥ 47 appears at the bottom, with a heart-shaped mintmark dividing the numerals, identifying the Copenhagen mint. The entire design is framed by a ring of beaded denticles.
