Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of King Frederik V facing right, rendered in high relief with finely detailed flowing periwig curls cascading over the shoulder. The effigy displays a classically styled profile characteristic of mid-18th century Danish royal portraiture. The circumferential Latin legend reads FREDERICUS V DEI GRATIA, separated from the portrait by a plain inner field. The coin is bordered by a continuous ring of beaded denticles.
