Reverse description Central device consisting of a crowned orb or globus cruciger encircled by a wreath of stylized laurel or olive branches issuing symmetrically from the base. Above the crown, the initials S M Z are arranged in the field, referencing the mint or monetary authority designation. The wreath border frames the entire composition, lending a formal and heraldic character typical of contemporary Rhenish small silver coinage. The strike is moderately defined with some flatness consistent with the hammered technique.
