| Obverse description | To the left is a guelder rose branch, against the backdrop of which is Ukraine`s small coat of arms (above), to the right of the coat of arms is the legend УКРАЇНА (Ukraine); in the center, against a smooth background is a phaleristics sign in the form of a monogram consisting of two letters “С” entwined with a red guelder rose branch – the Riflemen Council military decoration awarded by an advisory body under the Sich Riflemen commander Yevhen Konovalets in 1918 – 1919; to the right of the decoration is the following quote by Konovalets: …БУДЕМО/ МАТИ СИЛУ,/ ТОДІ ВИЙДЕМО/ ПОБІДНО/ З НАЙГІРШОГО/ ЛИХОЛІТТЯ/ І ЗДОБУДЕМО/ ВСЕ, ЩО НАМ/ ТРЕБА.
