| Reverse description | Central field depicts the façade of the Pedagogical Museum building in Kyiv, where the Ukrainian People's Republic declared independence, surmounted by a small flag. Two uniformed soldiers of the Ukrainian People's Republic era stand as sentinels at either side of the building, each bearing a rifle. The Cyrillic legend УКРАЇНСЬКА НАРОДНА РЕСПУБЛІКА curves along the upper rim.
