Obverse description Armored bust of Frederick II (the Great) facing right, wearing a cuirass with ornate decoration and a lace cravat, the hair dressed in tight curls with a short queue. The circular Latin legend reads FRIDERICUS D G B R S SIL DUX, arranged around the periphery of the flan. The portrait is rendered in a compact, slightly stylized Baroque manner characteristic of Silesian subsidiary coinage of the mid-eighteenth century.

Reverse description A small crowned Prussian eagle displayed, holding a scepter in its right talon and an imperial orb in its left, with the royal cypher FR on its breast. Below the eagle, a three-line inscription within the field gives the denomination, date, and mint mark. The design occupies a compact, unadorned field consistent with the utilitarian character of this low-denomination billon issue.
