Obverse description Central field features a six-pointed star (Star of David / Seal of Solomon) formed by two overlapping equilateral triangles, a characteristic emblem of the Sharifian coinage of Morocco. A small central pellet occupies the heart of the star. The entire design is enclosed within a plain raised circular border. The surface is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with the hammered production technique.

Reverse description The reverse bears a central vertical stroke intersected by a horizontal element, dividing the field into quadrants, each containing Arabic numerals or letters forming the Hijri date. The legends, reading the mint name and regnal date, are arranged in the four quadrants around the central dividing cross. The irregular flan and uneven strike are characteristic of hammered Moroccan falus coinage of this period.
