| Obverse description | Central field depicts a downhill skier in dynamic racing posture descending a slope, rendered in relief against a stylised background of four curved lines derived from the official logo of the 2019 Alpine Ski World Cup Finals (11–17 March 2019), evoking the competition slopes. Scattered snowflake motifs occupy the surrounding field. The peripheral legend reads FINALS DE LA COPA DEL MON D'ESQUI ANDORRA 2019, arcing around the inner circle, while the outer ring is decorated with the twelve stars of the European Union flag. |

| Additional information |
Andorra began issuing its own euro coinage only in 2014, following a monetary agreement with the EU signed in 2011 — notably without ever being an EU member state. This commemorative marks the Alpine Ski World Cup Finals held in Soldeu-El Tarter, the Andorran resort that hosted the event for the first time in 2019 after years of lobbying by the Andorran Ski Federation.
