Obverse description	The inner disc features a left-facing portrait effigy of Alexander Dubček, the Slovak statesman celebrated for his liberal reforms during the 1968 Prague Spring. The legend 'SLOVENSKO' is inscribed along the upper-left arc of the inner circle, identifying the issuing nation. The name 'Alexander Dubček' — first name above surname — is superimposed across the lower portion of the portrait, accompanied by his birth and death years '1921' and '1992' arranged vertically below. The year of issue '2021' appears along the right inner edge, beneath which the Kremnica Mint mark 'MK' flanked by two dies is struck, with the designer's stylised initials 'BR' (for Branislav Ronai) positioned at the lower right. The outer ring carries the twelve stars of the European Union flag in full relief.
