Germany has issued commemorative 2 Euro coins with platinum plating periodically as collector-market products, but these are private aftermarket pieces — not struck or authorized by the Bundesbank or any federal mint. The underlying coin is standard bimetallic issue; the plating is applied commercially after striking. No platinum 2 Euro coin exists within the official German commemorative program for 2018 or any other year.
