Reverse description Central design features a bold Greek cross with ornate terminals set within a quatrefoil (four-lobed) frame, each lobe defined by a curved arc, with small floral or pellet ornaments filling the angles between the lobes. The cross divides the field into four quadrants, each containing a small decorative element. The circular Latin legend, incorporating the date 1707, the denomination figure 2, the Valencia mint mark V, and the assayer initial F, runs along the outer rim between milled borders.
